| Abstract: | The article introduced that after the scientific research unit changing the system into enterprise,it is necessary to be engaged in transforming industry unit's operation way into the enterprise's movement way.The change of concept,achievement transformation,income assignment and will of the people condensation aspects had altogether to carry on continuous reform and innovation.It caused the technical superiority and talented person superiority of the scientific research unit to transform into the benefit superiority,economical superiority as soon as possible,so as to further attract the talented person to promote the development of scientific research. |
