摘    要:文章介绍了科研单位由事业单位改制为企业后,关键是要从事业单位的运作方式转变为企业运作方式,在观念转变、成果转化、收入分配、人心凝聚方面都必须进行不断改革创新,使科研单位的科技优势、人才优势尽快转化为效益优势、经济优势,从而进一步吸引人才,推动科研事业的发展.

Abstract:The article introduced that after the scientific research unit changing the system into enterprise,it is necessary to be engaged in transforming industry unit's operation way into the enterprise's movement way.The change of concept,achievement transformation,income assignment and will of the people condensation aspects had altogether to carry on continuous reform and innovation.It caused the technical superiority and talented person superiority of the scientific research unit to transform into the benefit superiority,economical superiority as soon as possible,so as to further attract the talented person to promote the development of scientific research.
