| 摘 要： | 本文给出了三参数Ｗｅｌｂｕｌｌ分布参数点估计的一种新方法——拟ＢＬＵＥ估计（当ｎ＞２５时称为拟ＧＬＵＥ估计），通过计算机模拟和参数的简单估计作了比较，证实了这种方法是可行的，其中刻度参数点估计的改善比较明显。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new method for the point estimation of the three-parameterWeibull distribution,which resembles Blue estimation(Called resembling Glue estimationWhen n is greater than 25). The comparison between the computer imitation and the sim-pleparameter estimation had proved that this method is practicable and that there is someimprovement in the point estimation of the graduated parameter. |
