基于MATLAB的气动凿岩机部分结构参数的优化设计

摘    要:详细介绍了Y018型气动凿岩机的工作原理,建立了冲击能的数学模型,给出了以冲击能最大为目标的线性约束的MATLAB优化程序。计算结果表明,结构参数优化后的冲击能较优化前的冲击能有明显的提高,在一定程度上克服了气动凿岩机能量利用率低的缺点,对其他类型气动凿岩机的设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:The operating principle of Y018 type pneumatic rock- drilling was introduced in detail. The mathematical model on impact energy was established. To maximize the impact energy, the linearly constrained optimization program was written by MATLAB software. The result that the impact energy calculated by optimized structural parameter is bigger than that computed by original structural parameter is obtained. The shortcoming that pneumatic rock drill inefficiently uses energy is to some degree overcome. The optimazation toothed supplies reference to the desizn of the other pneumatic rack drill
