| 摘 要： | UG MoldWizard是UG系统的一个独立的智能化设计注射模具的模块，它运用知识嵌入的基本理念，按照注射模具设计过程的一般顺序来实现模具设计的整个过程。在此过程中，它只需根据一个产品的三维实体模型，即可建立一套完整的且与产品造型参数相关的三维实体模具。在UG平台上设计注射模具并且对其进行数控编程，大大提高了模具设计与制造的效率和质量。

| Abstract: | UG MoldWizard is an independent mode of UG system to design injection mold intelligently,which uses the basic knowledge-embedded theory to realize the whole mold designing process in a normal order of injection mold designing process.In the process,UG can establish a complete 3-D mold related to the product parameters only on the 3-D product model.The efficiency and quality of the mold design and manufacturing are greatly improved by using UG to design and program injection mold. |
