| Abstract: | Ultra-high strength aluminum alloys containing zirconium have been developed flourishingly and widely used in recent years.The history of ultra-high strength aluminum alloys is reviewed in this paper.The presence of element Zr in the alloys and its working mechanism is emphatically discussed,with some suggestions on priorities and directions in current research. |
