基于MATLAB优化工具箱的平面连杆机构的设计

摘    要:平面连杆机构在工程实践中的应用非常广泛。较常用的设计方法为函数逼近法,但在机构参数较少时逼近精度不高,故提出了1种基于优化设计理论的连杆机构设计方法,采用数学软件MATLAB中的优化工具箱实施。这种方法对优化变量的初值要求不高,不用编写冗长的程序,可根据机构的安装空间来减少设计变量的数目,确定目标函数,简化优化模型,提高设计效率,优化结果准确可靠。这种方法也可应用到其它机械设计中。

Abstract:The application of planar linkage is very extensive in mechanical engineering. Usually it's designing method is function approach. But the approach isn't precise when design parameter of link mechanism is few. Another design method is brought forward based on optimization theory adopting MATLAB optimization toolbox. It doesn't need strict initial value of design variables and programming lengthy program. The designer lay a strong emphasis on the lessening design variables according to setting of mechanism, on the establishing target function and simplifing optimization model. The method increases design efficiency and the optimization results is accurate and reliable. It can be used in other mechanical design.
