| Abstract: | This paper describes the content of low-carbon economy,the characteristics and the model of low-carbon city. The author points out that if we want to develop low-carbon city in China,we should draw on international regional model experience and refer to concept of nature's food chain to develop low carbon urban pattern. We should focus on technology innovation and utilization,get rid of the plight of carbon locking ,thereby realize low-carbon urban development. |
