混合驱动七杆飞剪机构的优化设计

摘    要:二自由度混合驱动机构利用不同性质的电动机(常速电动机和伺服电机)来共同驱动二自由度闭链机构,以得到所需要的输出运动,是介于单自由度传统机构和多自由度全伺服机器人机构之间的一类新型机构,可实现有限柔性。将混合驱动七杆机构型应用于飞剪机构设计,分别对混合驱动五杆机构和上剪刃刀架构件进行优化综合,利用混合驱动能同时实现轨迹与速度同步精确控制的优势,以改善飞剪机构的剪切性能。

Abstract:The 2 DOF mechanism with hybrid control is a new type of closed chain mechanism which is between 1 DOF conventional mechanism and multiple DOF robot mechanism. It is driven by two different motor (One is a constant motor and the other is a servo motor),the relative flexibility is realized.
