| 摘 要： | 知识管理作为一种重要的管理方式越来越受到学术界的重视，本文简要论述了知识管理的概念，阐述了知识管理对高校图书馆的影响及高校图书馆知识管理的内容与特征，并从构建新的组织架构、利用信息技术加强知识交流与共享、建立竞争机制、将知识管理贯穿于服务工作等方面，较为详细的提出了高校图书馆实施知识管理的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Knowledge controlling, as an important means of management , has been paid more and more attention in academic field. This essay mainly shows us the concept of knowledge management. It illustrates its influences on the libraries in universities and the content and characteristics of knowledge management in college libraries. Thispaper also proposes detailed measures of management in university libraries in terms of reforming structure strengthening communication, sharing information establishing competition system, and embodying knowledge management in service. |
