混凝土大坝水下裂缝修补技术

摘    要:混凝土大坝水下裂缝修补是一大难题,结合国家电力公司重点研究项目,研制出水下封堵材料、水下遇水膨胀嵌缝材料、复合型水下裂缝覆盖材料、水下裂缝灌浆等新材料。应用仿真模型试验技术,采用自行研制的水下修补材料对水下裂缝嵌缝封堵工艺、水下裂缝锚贴工艺及水下裂缝灌浆工艺分别进行了详细的试验研究,在此基础上提出了一整套水下裂缝修补的施工方案及其施工工艺。

Abstract:The repair of underwater crack in the concrete dam is difficult. Combined with the key research programs of the State Power Corporation, some new materials have been developed, such as underwater blocking material, underwater expansion caulking material, composite underwater crack coverage material and underwater crack grouting material. The detailed test and study have been made on the underwater crack blocking technique, underwater crack anchor technique and underwater crack grouting technique by using the simulation model test technology and the self-developed underwater repair materials. On such basis, this paper puts forward a set of underwater crack repair alternatives and techniques.
