| Abstract: | The concept of asset-backed securitization(ABS) is introduced.The characteristics of the ABS financing mode are analyzed.The superiority and feasibility of the ABS mode applied in a small hydropower project is studied.Through the supply and demand analysis of the asset-backed securitization modes in small hydropower projects,the basic operational procedure and the basic pattern of the ABS mode in a small hydropower project are put forward. |
