反应精馏法合成醋酸丁酯的模拟研究

摘    要:文章采用Aspen Plus对反应精馏法生产醋酸丁酯过程进行稳态模拟。对塔板数、进料位置及进料比进行了优化,得到了精馏塔理论板上的温度、汽(液)相流量组成分布和再沸器热负荷。结果表明进料位置和进料比对年总成本TAC影响很大。该计算对反应精馏法合成醋酸丁酯工艺的设计和操作具有实际意义。

Abstract:The reactive distillation process of butyl acetate was simulated using Aspen Plus. The distillation tower on the distribution of temperature, gas (liquid) phase flow distribution composition distribution and the heat load of the reboil were obtained. The results show that both the feed location and the feed ratio have great impact on annual cost of TAC. The calculation is of practical significance for the design and operation of the calculation for the reactive distillation process of synthesis of butyl acetate.
