大学生入党积极分子教育管理“一元体制”模式

大学生入党积极分子教育管理的“二元体制”,作为计划经济体制下的“分类管理”模式的产物,已不适应社会转型期的时代要求,亟需变革.基此,文章提出建构大学生入党积极分子教育与管理“一元体制”的模式,即：“整合一个机构,形成两个机制,延伸三条战线,完善四项制度”,融教育管理为一体,以管理增强教育实效,以教育促进管理目标的实现.

Probing into an integrated mode of education and management of student Party member candidates

The separated mode of education and management of student Party member candidates, a product of management under planned economy, is no longer applicable in social transition period and needs immediate reform. An integrated mode of education and management of student Party member candidates is proposed. The integrated mode is designed to comprise an organization, two long-term mechanisms, three fronts and four systems. The integrated mode aims to combine educa- tion and management in which the management is to enhance the educational effect whereas the edu- cation is to promote the realization of the management goals.
