基于法规制度建设的高校反腐倡廉思考

近年来,国家反腐倡廉法规制度体系初步形成,高校反腐倡廉制度也逐步建立,但高校干部违法违纪案件仍时有发生,究其因在于高校反腐倡廉法规制度还存在体系不完善、内容不健全、质量不高和执行不力等方面不足.进一步完善高校反腐倡廉制度,关键要科学规划,完善制度体系；加强立法,提升立法层次；强化监督,增强高校纪检监察部门独立性；配好领导干部,提高制度执行力.
