GH4169合金氢氧涡轮转子的疲劳性能和表面质量的研究

摘    要:研究了晶间腐蚀对GH4169涡轮子疲劳性能的影响,同时对电化铣后产生的叶有面花纹现象进行了探究,并提出了改进措施,结果表明,晶间腐蚀可降低涡轮转子的疲劳性能,叶片表面花纹是由于严重的晶间腐蚀沟槽和叶片表面晶粒的不均匀脱落造成的,磨粒流工序可有效地消除叶片一化纹及严重的晶间腐蚀沟槽。

Abstract:Effect of intergranular corrosion on the fatigue property of turbine rotator has been studied primarily in this paper,meanwhile,the phenomenon of blade surface flowers yielded after electrochemical corrosion was investigated as well,and the improvement measures have been proposed The results indicate that intergranular corrosion can reduce fatigue strength of turbine rotator ,and blade surface flowers are induced by severe intergranular corrosion grooves and nonhomogeneous dropout of grains from the blade surface The grain flow process can eliminate severe intergranular corrosion grooves and blade surface flowers
