| Abstract: | In this paper, the relationships between water temperature for managing specimens and hydration expansion rate of f-CaO in cement, cement mortar strength and concrete strength have been studied. The influence of cement soundness on concrete strength and the method of simple test for soundness of cement in concrete have been discussed. |
