聚苯胺复合膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用溶液浸渍-化学聚合反应制备聚苯乙烯磺酸/聚苯胺复合膜,通过可见分光光度法和四电极直流法表征膜的性能,考察不同工艺条件下制备的聚苯胺复合膜的性能,确定最佳工艺条件:复合溶液c(盐酸苯胺+过硫酸铵)-0.1mol/L,反应温度10℃,反应时间3h。在此条件下,改性后复合膜钒离子的扩散系数为1.07×10-cm^2/min,面电阻值为2.16Q·cm^2,复合膜阻隔钒离子效果最好,且面电阻无明显增大。本实验均在静态条件下进行。

Abstract:Polystyrene sulfonic acid/polyaniline composite membranes were prepared by impregnationchemical oxidative polymerization method. The characterization of membrane was made by visible spectrophotometry and four-electrode DC method to measure the resistance. By examining the composite membrane prepared in different process conditions, the results showed that the best conditions were that the concentration of aniline(HCl)-(NH4)2 S2O8 was 0. 1 mol/L, the temperature was 10 ℃ and the response time was 3 h. Under this condtion, the effect of resistance of vanadium ion diffusion was the best. The diffusion coefficient is 1.07 × 10^-7 cm^2/rain Besides, the increment of area resistance was not obvious. The value is 2. 16Ω· cm^2. The experiments were performed under static condtions.
