氟化钡晶体质子辐照的正电子湮没寿命谱研究

摘    要:采用正电子湮没寿命谱方法研究BaF2晶体质子辐照效应.研究能量为1.5MeV和2.0MeV质子辐照BaF2晶体的正电子湮没寿命谱,比较两种情况下受照晶体的辐照损伤.正电子湮没寿命谱说明BaF2晶体质子辐照的电离效应显著,由于电离会使晶体中少量金属离子产生变价效应,引起位移损伤.1.5MeV能量的质子辐照比2.0MeV能量的质子辐照产生的位移损伤大.

Abstract:This paper reports the effects of proton irradiation in BaF2 crystals by positron annihilation spectra. The positron annihilation spectra of BaF2 crystals irradiated by proton with energy of 1.5MeV and 2.0 MeV have been studied and the irradiation damage of BaF2 crystals by proton radiation has been discussed. The positron annihilation spectra shows that a valence states in BaF2 crystals can be changed during proton irradiation process so that the displacement damage of BaF2 crystals can be produced. The displacement damage of BaF2 crystals irradiated by proton with energy of 1.5MeV is more serious than the displacement damage of BaF2 crystals irradiated by proton with energy of 2.0 MeV .
