| 摘 要： | 有效的备件库存管理,既可保证设备维护活动的及时进行,又可以减少库存资金占用,提高企业经济效益。通过几方面备件库存控制措施实施,做好备件库存优化工作,使备件库存既不占有过多的流动资金,又不存在短缺而影响设备的及时修复。

| Abstract: | The effective spare parts storage management can not only make the equipments run in time but also cut down the spare parts capital and improve the economic benefit for the corporation.By the implementation of the spare parts storage management,the storage can be optimized so that it will not take up too much current funds and influence the timely repairment because of shortage. |
