摘    要:数控车刀刀尖与车削回转中心不等高时,加工后形成的表面直径会产生加工误差.通过理论分析,得出刀尖高度误差越大,加工直径与对刀直径相差越大,加工误差将越大的结论,并提出具体解决措施,以减小因刀尖高度误差对加工形成表面误差的影响.

Abstract:The surface diameter of the forms after treatment will have processing errors when CNC lathe tools with turning point ranging from rotary center high.It is concluded through theoretical analysis that the greater the tools-tip height error and the machining diameter and the difference of knife diameter,the greater the processing errors.The detail methods for reducing influence of tools-tip height error on processing the formation of a surface error was put forward.
