| 摘 要： | 花生红衣为豆科植物花生的种皮,含有丰富的活性成分,对其研究和应用可提高花生的综合利用价值和经济价值,因此,国内外十分重视花生红衣活性物质的提取与应用研究.对国内外花生红衣的功能成分花生红衣色素、多酚物质(白藜芦醇和原花色素)提取工艺及其开发现状进行了较全面的总结,并对其在食品研究发现花生红衣活性成分在食品、药品和化妆品等行业广阔的应用前景进行了较详尽的讨论,可为合理有效地综合利用花生红衣资源、构建农业固体废弃物资源利用的绿色模式提供有价值的参考,也是当今农业固体废弃物资源利用的绿色模式.

| Abstract: | Peanut Hongyi means the seed coat of peanut. It is rich in functional components. To increase the comprehensive utilization value and economic value, people pay more and more attention to study peanut Hongyi. This paper covers the extraction process and the development status of the functional components, namely red pigment and polyphenol. It is revealed that the functional components of peanut Hongyi have a wide application prospect in food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries. Some suggestions are made for the utilization of peanut Hongyi in Chi-na. It is a quite rising using mode for agricultural solid waste. |
