为修建浙江省玉环县里墩水库 ,需开采石料。根据爆区的地形特点、环境特征等因素 ,采用了条形药包松动硐室爆破。本文介绍了在复杂环境条件下硐室爆破的设计和施工 ,概述了这次爆破的难点和具体方案 ,讨论了爆破参数的选择、药量计算和起爆顺序。同时 ,对爆破安全性进行了预估 ,并指出对条形药包的端部装药应引起足够的重视
