基于SCADA的无功电压自动控制系统

摘    要:提出了一种实用的基于SCADA模式的无功电压自动监控的专家系统,该系统拓展了SCADA的功能,综合利用主站系统提供的丰富信息进行防错处理和上下级厂站的统一考虑,需要规则、时段、限值的相互协调,适应电网自动化发展的趋势;并介绍了该系统设计的基本原则、方案、特点以及实现中应注意的问题。该系统的运行结果表明其对改善电压质量的效果是显著的。

Abstract:An applied expert system for voltage and reactive power automation monitoring based on SCADA model is proposed. This system expands the function of SCADA system, synthetically applies abundant information that is offered by the main station to the disposal of preventing error and unified consideration of senior and junior substation. It needs mutual harmony of standards, period of time and limit value, to accommodate the development trend of power system automation. The basic principles, schemes, characteristics and the problem in practical application of the power system design are introduced in detail. The operation results proved its distinct effect to improve the voltage quality.
