摘    要:研究了不同的营养条件下短小芽孢杆菌WL-11产蛋白酶和木聚糖酶的情况。结果表明,碳源对WL-11木聚糖酶的合成具有诱导或抑制作用,对其蛋白酶的合成影响并不显著;氮源对WL-11木聚糖酶的合成不具有直接的调节作用,而可能通过调节其蛋白酶的合成量来间接影响其木聚糖酶的合成,且两者的合成量之间存在一定的正相关。

Abstract:Bacillus pumilus WL-11 not only produces xylanase,but also secretes some protease.Effects of various carbon sources and nitrogen sources on production of xylanase and protease by strain WL-11 were studied.The results showed that the different carbon source can induce or inhibit xylanase production,but it has no significant effect on production of protease by strain WL-11.Nitrogen sources cannot regulate xylanase production directly,whereas it can regulate xylanase production by adjusting protease expression.There is a certain direct correlation between the production level of protease and xylanase.
