| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前输电线路高空和野外作业安全保障措施技术方面存在的不足，研制了一套安全作业音视频监控系统。该系统的通信采用了自适应扩频技术，利用短波的无线网络实现点对点通信。本文详细介绍了该系统的信息采集部分、信息传输部分和监控中心部分的工作原理和具体实现。介绍了该系统的功能和特点。

The development of an audio and video monitoring system for transmission line safety operation |

| Abstract: | This paper has proposed a novel audio/video supervising system in order to resolve the problems of the existing measures applied to the power system safety operations.The adaptive spread spectrum technology is adopted in the communication of the proposed system, and a 5.8G wireless network is applied to realize point to multi-point communication.The operation principles and implements of the information acquisition unit, information transmission unit and monitoring unit are introduced in detail.And the functions and features of this system are also given. |
