摘    要:介绍了珠海发电厂三菱700MW机组汽轮机中压调门阀座裂纹的处理过程、工艺和方法。通过金相检验分析裂纹产生的原因和机理,严格制订现场补焊的施工工艺,在施工完成后做好质量检查。最后指出,对于进口机组大型金属部件,一定要从制造、加工、安装、运行及检修各个环节严格监督和控制。

Abstract:This paper introduces the treating process, procedures and method for a crack on the intercept valve (ICV) base of Mitsubishi 700 MW unit steam turbine in Zhuhai Power Station. Based on metallographic test, the cause and mechanism of the crack are analyzed, strict procedures for on-site repair welding set and after-repair quality inspection conducted. The importance of strict supervisory control on the manufacture, processing, installation, operation and maintenance of large metallic parts on imported units is indicated at last.
