无位置传感器无刷直流电机的起动控制原理与研究

摘    要:分析无刷直流电机的电磁转矩和起动控制,针对无位置传感器的永磁无刷直流电机的起动控制,提出了具有升频和电流调节控制的无位置传感器BLDCM的起动控制,其中电流调节控制采用两点式比较器控制。该起动控制方法不但有能效控制起动电流大小,而且改善了BLD-CM开环起动性能,提高了系统的可靠性。仿真结果验证了该起动控制方法的有效性。
