摘    要:以相山铀矿田细菌浸铀为例,运用717#强碱阴离子交换树脂回收细菌浸出液中的铀。采用静态法对pH、浸出液铀浓度、振荡时间等对树脂吸附容量的影响进行了研究;用动态法研究了树脂的饱和吸附容量,及分离和提取铀时,铁作为一种杂质的影响。研究表明:该树脂对铀吸附性能好,铀回收率高,每克干树脂吸附铀容量可达62.2 mg,单位体积湿树脂吸附容量为145.7 mg/mL。

Abstract:The uranium is recovered from bacillus leaching solution with anion-exchange resin 717. The effect of different parameters such as pH, the concentration of uranium, the time of surging on the absorbing property of resin are studied using static method. The absorbing capacity of saturating resin and affect of iron on separating and distilling uranium are also studied using dynamic method. The results show that the adsorbing capability of the resin is good, 1 g dry resin can adsorb 62.2 mg uranium, 1 mL resin can adsorb 145.7 mg uranium.
