Experience and Result on Project Construction Supervision of Letan Hydropower Station

The way for three parties to join in the project supervision is adopted for Letan hydropower station. Under the unified organization and management and coordination of Northwest Company, the advantage of major supervision is brought into play fully; the responsibility of each party is clear; they are responsible for their own work, but unite to cooperate with one another. By normalization project management and control, the project quality and the project construction progress are ensured.
