电镀二氧化铅电极的湿搁置技术研究

摘    要:目前常规工艺制备的铅酸电池没有湿搁置性能,主要是因为二氧化铅电极的制备工艺不能满足要求。针对目前电镀法制备的二氧化铅电极不能湿搁置的问题,通过试验从原理上证明了电镀二氧化铅可以具有湿搁置的功能,改变了通常认为的电镀二氧化铅无法进行湿搁置的看法,并研究了实际的制备工艺,使电镀二氧化铅电极具有了良好的湿搁置性能,从而扩展了铅酸电池的应用领域。

Abstract:The lead acid battery prepared in normal reason is that the preparing process of the electrodes process has not active storage performance. The main of lead dioxide cannot meet the repuirements. Aimed at the problem that the electrodes of lead dioxide prepared in electroplating method cannot be stored in active state, this paper indicates that lead dioxide electrodes prepared in electroplating method may has active storage performance through experiments, which changes the viewpoint that the electroplating lead dioxide electrodes cannot be stored in actice state. In this paper , we also discussded the actual preparing progress of the electrodes,which made the electroplating lead dioxide electrode has a good active storage performance, thus extending the application field of lead acid battery.
