摘    要:文中就点焊质量中的动态功率的因数角法进行了研究,并利用过程辨识理论建立了控制对象的数学模型,得出了以可控硅触发角为输入量,以动态功率角变化率的输出量的系统传递函数,为点 质量控制系统的设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The paper deals with the establishment of mathematical model of spot welding for quality control. The power factor method of quality control for spot welding is studied,and the mathematical model of controlled object is established based on the theory of process discrimination.Transfer function of spot welding has been developed in this paper,which takes SCRs control angel as input qaulity and change rate of dynamic power factor as output quantity.This lays a theoritical foundation for design of spot welding quality contyol system.
