| 摘 要： | 以氧化铁皮、除尘灰、混合渣粉等为主要原料,配以高强度结合剂,采用强力压制成型的方法研制了高性能转炉炼钢用球团。经过对生产线工艺的不断优化。深入分析、研究生产配方,最终确定转炉炼钢球团合理的生产工艺,球团质量显著提高,同时减少了环境污染。

| Abstract: | Combined the main raw materials： iron scale,crude ash and steelmaking sludge with high strength bonding strength. Then it adopts the method of pressing and shaping the development so as to develop high performance converter steelmaking pellet. Through the continuous optimization of production process and in-depth analysis of the production formula, the production technology of converter steelmaking pellet is ultimately determined reasonable. Pellet quality is improved significantly while environmental pollution problems are reduced. |
