摘 要: | 本文介绍了核电站数字化仪控系统主要特点和作用,并说明北京广利核系统工程有限公司开发的SpeedyHold专用DCS平台,该平台除具有通用DCS平台的一般特点外,还在系统架构、冗余方案、软件配置、通信总线、功能板件开发等多个方面进行了诸多特别设计。在过去的几年里,以KDO、KME、EPP、KIT/KPS、KSN、LSS等为典型代表的压水堆核电站专用系统在采样频率、信号精度、存储容量、系统规模、算法实现、控制策略等方面有着特殊功能和性能要求,SpeedyHold专用DCS平台已经获得了数十个系统应用,效果良好。

The Flexible DCS Platform Applications in Special Systems Of PWR NPP |

Abstract: | This paper states main features and functions of the digital I&C systems, and introduces -a Flexible DCS platform called Speedy Hold and developed by CTEC(China Tech energy Co., Ltd.).This platform has common characteristics of general DCS, and can provide special functions and better performances by using special design methods on system architecture, redundancy scheme, software configuration, High Speed bus, and multiple functional cards, etc. The typical special systems of PWR Nuclear power Plant, including KDO, KME, EPP, KIT/KPS, KSN. LSS, have some special requirements for DCS platform, such as Sampling Rates, Analog signal precision, System scale& Storage capacity, algorithm, and control strategy. In the past few years, the flexible DCS platform has been widely applied in special Systems ofPWR NPP successfully, and dozens of applications has verified its advantages effectively. |
