Measures of Reducing Energy Consumption of 430m2 Sinter Process at Bayi Steel

From the beginning design the 430m2 sintering machine, based on an overall consideration of various energy saving measures, include the solid fuel consumption and power consumption and water consumption and gas consumption in every production process, improve the temperature of mixture and other aspects. The main way to reduce energy con-sumption of each sintering process were presented , and the main measures of energy saving and results achieved were summarized in sintering plant at Bayi steel.
