摘 要: | 基于模糊方法的磨矿分级自动控制能够很好地克服球磨机非线性、时变等因素的干扰影响,能有效地避免球磨机发生涨磨或是空磨现象。系统运行可靠,抗干扰能力强,能较好地实现球磨机恒功率自动控制,提高了设备的生产率和自动化水平,具有较好的推广应用价值。

Abstract: | Grinding classification automatic control system based on fuzzy theory is able to overcome interference from nonlinear and time-varying factors in mill grinding process, and relieve the mills from belly expansion and empty grinding.With strong ability of anti-interference,the reliable system achieves the constant power automatic control of the mill, improves productivity and automaticity.Therefore it is worthy to be widely spreaded and applied. |
