我国大城市的食物里程及对规划的启示——以武汉市为例

摘    要:随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,城市对食物的需求越来越大。特别是大城市,不断蚕食着周围郊区农业土地,导致本地食物供给不足,随之而来的食品运输问题也越来越突出。文本以武汉市为研究对象,利用Google Earth测量工具,通过实地调查食物原产地数据,计算出武汉市各类食物的食物里程和整体食物里程并分析讨论食物原产地的空间分布和本地食物的比例。最后从规划角度提出减少城市食物里程及其环境影响的建议。

Abstract:The accelerating urbanization in China has highlighted the problem of food provision for the residents living in cities, in particular, the big cities due to its food insufficiency. Food miles, measuring the distance and subsequent environmental impacts, have captured increasing attentions. The paper, taking Wuhan as an example, investigated the sources of food production, and calculated the food miles of various food stuffs through the measuring tools of Google Earth. Analyses of the spatial distribution of food input and the proportion of local food and non- local food were carried out. In the final part, the paper drew some planning implications towards a reduced food miles and relevant environmental impacts.
