改性粉煤灰吸收剂对单质汞的脱除研究

摘    要:利用粉煤灰、石灰和少量氧化性添加剂制备了不含添加剂和含有不同添加剂的高活性吸收剂A、M和N,含氧化性添加剂的吸收剂外覆一层氧化性活性物质,具有催化氧化性能。利用汞蒸气发生器产生的单质汞和其他烟气主要气体成分模拟烟气条件,在固定床实验台上进行了同时脱硫脱硝脱汞的实验研究。实验结果表明,吸收剂A的脱硫脱硝和脱汞效率分别为84%,0%和18%;吸收剂M对3种污染物脱除效率分别为86%,64%和39%;吸收剂N对3种污染物脱除效率分别为100%,98%和43%。改性后的粉煤灰吸收剂M和N具有较好的同时脱硫脱硝和脱汞性能,其中N更为理想。

Abstract:The modified fly ash absorbents were prepared with fly ash, lime and a small amount of oxidizing additive. The absorbent A which had no additives and highly active absorbents M and N which had different additives were prepared respectively. The modified absorbents were covered by a layer of oxidizing active materials outside which had the performance of catalysis and oxidation. Utilizing the mercury vapor generator and simulated flue gas, the experimental study on simultaneous desulfurization, denitrification and elemental mercury removal by these absorbents have been studied on a bench-scale fixed-bed apparatus. Results show that the efficiency of desulfurization, denitrification and mercury removal efficiency of absorbent A is 84%, 0% and 18%, the removal efficiency of three contaminants of absorbent M is 86%, 64% and 39%, the removal efficiency of three contaminants of absorbent N is 100%, 98% and 43% respectively. The modified fly ash absorbents have demonstrated simultaneous desulfurization, denitrification and elemental mercury removal performance.
