螺旋翅片管组件制造工艺的改进及应用

摘    要:通过对联合循环余热锅炉螺旋翅片管与集箱焊接的组件的制造工艺进行改进,降低了装配难度。采用组合焊接操作技术,即保证了焊缝焊接质量要求,又大大节约了制造成本,并缩短了制造周期。

Abstract:Though the improvement of manufacture technology of the modules welding between spire - wing tube and header for combined cycle heat recovery boiler, difficulty of the assembling was shortened. By using combined weld operating technique, not only ensured the requirement of weld quality, but also reduced the cost and period of manufacture.
