过载检测与保护技术在深孔加工中的应用

摘    要:针对大长径比、小直径高速深孔加工中打刀、走偏、刀杆扭曲和弯曲等问题.设计了一套以磁粉离合器为执行元件的过载检测与保护装置,并应用于数控深孔机床。最后通过多次试验.证明该装置能够有效监控过载.起到预防和保护作用,满足了生产需要。

Abstract:This paper introduces a device for overload measuring and protection,which is based on the magnetic particle clutch.h is effectively used in high speed slender hole processing on NC machine tool.The problems of tool broken,deviation and flexion often occurred can be real-time monitored by overload measurement.Many tests show that it possesses the function of protection and prevention.which satisfy the requirement of deep-hole machining.
