摘    要:通过现场试验,研究了卷取温度对CSP工艺下冷轧低碳钢板组织和析出的影响.试验结果表明:包钢SPCD热轧板的显微组织均为多边形铁素体和很少的珠光体,随着卷取温度升高,渗碳体析出明显增多,呈白亮条块状的渗碳体沿晶界析出.CSP流程热轧后A1N的析出量不大,但高温卷取时的A1N析出要高于低温卷取的,卷取温度为600℃时,渗碳...

Abstract:Influences of coiling temperature on microstructure and precipitation of cold rolled deep drawing sheet produced by CSP process were investigated through field experiments.The experimental results show that: microstructures of SPCD hot rolled sheets of Baotou Steel are composed of polygonal ferrites and a little pearlite,as the coiling temperature rises,the amount of cementite precipitation increases significantly,white-bright strip or block shaped cementite precipitates on intergranular boundary.After hot ...
