| 摘 要： | 微张力定(减)径机是热轧管生产线中的关键设备,为了满足生产品种需要,生产厂家会配备大量的轧辊机架.以TZ355型轧辊机架为例,介绍了微张力定(减)径机轧辊机架的结构特点,分析研究了影响轧辊机架装配精度的主要因素,提出了轧辊机架的装配工艺、调试方法以及对轧辊机架装配精度的验证方法.

| Abstract: | The slight-stretch sizing (reducing) mill is a key unit of the hot-rolled pipe production line. To satisfy the demand for various product types,normally a great number of roll stands are provided for such mill by the pipe maker. Based on the TZ355 roll stand,the roll stand structural characteristics of the said sizing mill is elaborated,and the key elements affecting the assembling accuracy of the roll stand analyzed.
