摘    要:在钢管螺旋推进漏磁检测中,针对钢管与其驱动对辊轮的接触作用点难以寻找而导致不易通过几何求解法获得其螺距的问题,采用ADAMS运动仿真软件对钢管螺旋推进运动进行了计算分析,并组建试验装置对仿真计算结果进行了验证,对钢管螺旋运动时的平稳性进行了分析:针对直接倒角处理过的对辊轮在驱动钢管时存在较大机械波动的问题,优化处理了对...

Abstract:There exist a big problem related to the process of flux leakage detection with spiral forward movement of the steel pipe,i.e.,it is so difficult to identify the contact point between the moving pipe and the driving double rollers,which in turn leads to the difficulty finding out the pitch via the geometric solution method.
