| 摘 要： | 在新一代钢厂精准设计评价指标体系的基础上,采用改进的层次分析法为核心算法开发了指标权重分析软件,邀请了71位不同背景的专家以大型板材钢厂为对象,采用该软件对各指标的权重进行了判定.对专家判定结果的分析表明,专家的工作背景对指标的权重值有明显的影响,指标的权重值在很大程度上决定于专家对该指标的了解程度.工作单位为企业、职... |
