Sasobit对沥青混合料阻燃性能的影响

摘    要:通过对添加Sasobit温拌剂的温拌及温拌阻燃沥青混合料进行试验研究,对比分析了其在添加阻燃剂前后混合料在水稳定性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性等路用性能方面的变化,并参照GB/T10707—1989橡胶燃烧性能测试标准规定的极限氧指数测试方法,采用改进的试样制备方法,对SBS改性沥青和SBS改性阻燃沥青分别在添加不同掺量Sasobit温拌剂后的阻燃性能进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,Sasobit温拌沥青混合料在添加阻燃剂前后其路用性能均能满足规范要求,可以应用于隧道路面;然而氧指数试验结果表明,蜡基温拌剂Sasobit掺在沥青中有一定的助燃作用,它的添加会使沥青极限氧指数减小,阻燃性能变差,且随着其掺量的增加不断降低.

Abstract:The paper compared differences of water stability,high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance performance between warm mix asphalt with Sasobit and that additionally adding flame-retardant agent.And it also studied the flame-retardant properties of the SBS modified bitumen and SBS modified bitumen with retardant,adding different dosage of WMA-agent Sasobit,by the limiting-oxygen-index test using the improved sample preparation method,refering to GB/T10707—1989.The mixture tests’ results show that the road performance of warm mix asphalt,with Sasobit and that additionally adding flame-retardant agent could meet the standard requirements of hot mix asphalt.However,the improved limiting-oxygen-index test indicated that WMA-agent Sasobit based on wax is combustion-supporting adding in asphalt.It decreases the limiting-oxygen-index and flame-retardant properties of asphalt,and decreasing with the continued increase of the dosage.
