| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了机械工业生产中不同齿廓形状刀具加工形成的齿根过渡曲线类型,并且通过刀具齿廓参数推导出齿根过渡曲线方程。在SolidWorks中建立了不同齿廓形状刀具加工形成的齿轮精确模型,使用Simulation对这些模型分别进行了有限元分析,从而研究刀具齿廓形状对齿轮齿根应力的影响。
