| 摘 要： | 剖析了重组装饰材产品为主的装饰木业企业的清洁生产工艺过程。在大型重组装饰材企业废水处理实践的基础上，提出重点抓好重组装饰材企业废水处理，宜采用多种工艺组合的三级处理工艺和深度处理技术相结合的方案；应实行绿色加工与绿色化工的生态优先原则，充分利用原料中的所有成分，注重开发先进的清洁生产新工艺；要建立专业工业区，以实现原料资源综合利用的闭路循环。

| Abstract: | The paper seeks ways of cleaning production applied in the enterprises for Manufacturing reconstituted decorative.Put forward a proposal of primary ways to cleaning production: Through analyses economic indices applied in wood dyeing wastewater treatment,raised of three-step wastewater treatment technology is considered to be suitable for disposal of wastewater from Reconstituted decorative lumber factories;carry out principle of eco-precedence on the green wood working and green chemistry,fully utilizing composition of the raw material,open up advanced new technology of cleaning production;and build specialization of industrial area,bring about ciosing circulation of fully utilizing resources. |
