| Abstract: | This paper discusses problems in the construction of the contingent of double-professionally-titled teachers in higher vocational colleges.The authors put forth strategies to strengthen this construction in the aspects of improving the composition of the teaching profession,stressing the administration measures,and promoting the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. |
