摘 要: | 采用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了中药材绞股蓝中Cu、Fe、Mn、Co、Zn、Cr、Mg、Ga、Sr、Ca等微量元素的含量。在最佳仪器工作条件下,各元素的加标回收率在87%~117%,相对标准偏差RSD<5.91%,分析结果对中药材中的微量元素与心血管疾病关系的研究具有一定的实际意义。

Determination of trace elements in gynostemma pentaphylla by microwave digestion and ICP-AES |

Abstract: | The trace elements of Cu,Fe,Mn,Co,Zn,Cr,Mg,Ga,Sr and Ca in the Chinese herbal medicine gynostemma pentaphylla were determined by the method of microwave digestion of samples,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). At the optimum working conditions of the equipment,the recovery of elements is 87% -117% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 5. 91%. This research result has certain pracitcal interests in the study of the relationship between cardiovascular disease and trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine. |
