碱性溶液中低汞锌电极及缓蚀剂的研究

摘    要:利用收集气体、动电位扫描、恒电流极化及模拟电池放电等方法研究了磁性溶液中二元至五元锌合金和(?)缓蚀剂对于降低汞含量的作用效果.结果表明以Zn-0.05%In-0.05%Pb一0.02%Al-0.02%Bi合金粉作为锌(?)辅以0.1%~0.2%(占锌粉质量)的医药中间体缓蚀剂,可将锌电极汞含量从4%降为0.15%.

Abstract:Zinc alloys of various compositions as well as inhibitors were studied with the purpose of lowering mercury content in zinc powder anode in alkaline battery. The methods of collecting gas, potential sweeping, galvanostatic polarization, and simulated battery discharge were used. The results show that the zinc alloy containing 0. 05% indium,0. 05% lead,0. 02% aluminum,and 0. 02% bismuth, along with incorporation of the medical medium as inhibitor in amount 0. 1-0. 2% against total zinc alloy powder,may lower the mercury concentration from 4% to 0. 15% in zinc powder electrode.
