二重管双液旋喷施工技术快速加固软土地基

二重管高压喷射双液浆体施工技术是一种以普通波兰特水泥作固化剂和水玻璃作速凝剂使软土地基快速固化的技术,其关键设备包括高压水泥浆泵、速凝剂泵、分流器、双液输送钻喷杆、钻机和多功能双液喷头等。施工时多功能喷头的上部单喷嘴喷射高压水泥浆切割土体,下部复合式喷嘴同轴喷射高压水泥浆外包速凝剂二次切割土体并与之混合,短时间内形成具有一定强度的加固体,达到在数秒内快速加固软土地基的目的。由于速凝剂水玻璃的存在,该法在含水量丰富的地层中具有较好的加固效果。

TWIN JET-GROUTING TECHNOLOGY WITH DUAL-ROD FOR INSTANT SOLIDIFICATION OF SOFT GROUND

Twin jet-grouting technology with dual-rod (TDR) is a useful approach to solidify the soft soil instantly, in which accelerator is used to mixing with cement slurry. The main equipments of twin jet-grouting include a high pressure cement pump, a accelerator pump, a diverter, a drilling rod, a drill rig, and a multifunctional injection monitor with two nozzles, through which the high pressure cement slurry is jetted out from the upper nozzle, eroding soil, and the accelerator shrouded the high pressure cement shrry is jetted from the lower nozzle, mixing with the eroded soil. Therefore, the admixture can gel within several seconds. TDR has the possibility of wide applications for its instant solidification of soft sandy soil with much groundwater.
